Description

A deliciously spicy chicken pasta dish with a creamy sauce.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz linguine or spaghetti
  • 2 chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook linguine or spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken pieces with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
  3. While chicken cooks, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha sauce, and honey in a bowl until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add cooked pasta and chicken to the skillet. Pour the sauce over and toss everything together until well coated and heated through.
  5. Serve immediately, garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds if desired.

Notes

  • This dish can be adjusted for spice by modifying the amount of sriracha sauce.
