- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 apples, diced and sautéed in butter & cinnamon
- ½ cup caramel sauce (plus more for topping)
- ¼ cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into a springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time.
- Spread half the batter over the crust, layer with sautéed apples, then pour in the rest of the batter.
- Bake for 55–65 minutes until set.
- Cool completely, then chill for at least 4 hours.
- Top with more apples, caramel sauce, and walnuts before serving.
- Slice into wedges and drizzle extra caramel on plates.
- Serve cold for best texture.
