Ingredients

  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 apples, diced and sautéed in butter & cinnamon
  • ½ cup caramel sauce (plus more for topping)
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into a springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time.
  4. Spread half the batter over the crust, layer with sautéed apples, then pour in the rest of the batter.
  5. Bake for 55–65 minutes until set.
  6. Cool completely, then chill for at least 4 hours.
  7. Top with more apples, caramel sauce, and walnuts before serving.
  8. Slice into wedges and drizzle extra caramel on plates.
  9. Serve cold for best texture.
