Ingredients

  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ¼ cup flour
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • ½ cup caramel sauce (for drizzle)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cut tops off apples and hollow out centers.
  2. In a bowl, mix oats, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, salt, and melted butter until crumbly.
  3. Fill apple cavities with half of the oat mixture.
  4. Bake apples for 20–25 minutes until tender but holding shape.
  5. Let cool slightly, then scoop ice cream into each apple.
  6. Top with remaining crumble.
  7. Drizzle with caramel sauce and serve immediately.
