Delicious baked apples filled with creamy ice cream, crunchy streusel, and a drizzle of caramel.

- 4 large apples (hollowed out)
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ¼ cup flour
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- ½ cup caramel sauce (for drizzle)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cut tops off apples and hollow out centers.
- In a bowl, mix oats, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, salt, and melted butter until crumbly.
- Fill apple cavities with half of the oat mixture.
- Bake apples for 20–25 minutes until tender but holding shape.
- Let cool slightly, then scoop ice cream into each apple.
- Top with remaining crumble.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce and serve immediately.

- Ensure apples are firm to hold their shape during baking.
- Feel free to substitute with other flavors of ice cream.
