- 6 small flour tortillas
- 2 cups apples, diced
- 1 cup whipped cream
- ½ cup caramel sauce
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brush tortillas with melted butter, sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar, and drape over oven rack to form taco shells.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes until crisp.
- In a skillet, cook diced apples with lemon juice and brown sugar until softened. Let cool.
- Fill cooled taco shells with whipped cream.
- Spoon apple mixture on top of the whipped cream.
- Drizzle generously with caramel sauce.
- Dust lightly with cinnamon.
- Serve immediately for best crunch.
