Ingredients

  • 6 small flour tortillas
  • 2 cups apples, diced
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • ½ cup caramel sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brush tortillas with melted butter, sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar, and drape over oven rack to form taco shells.
  3. Bake for 8–10 minutes until crisp.
  4. In a skillet, cook diced apples with lemon juice and brown sugar until softened. Let cool.
  5. Fill cooled taco shells with whipped cream.
  6. Spoon apple mixture on top of the whipped cream.
  7. Drizzle generously with caramel sauce.
  8. Dust lightly with cinnamon.
  9. Serve immediately for best crunch.
