Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare three cake pans.
- Beat butter, sugar, and eggs until fluffy, then mix in flour, baking powder, and milk.
- Divide batter into pans and bake for 25–30 minutes; cool completely.
- Prepare filling with cream cheese and whipped cream for a smooth layer.
- Assemble cake by alternating cake layers with cream filling and drizzling caramel between.
- Frost the outside with cream, pressing crushed nuts/cookies around the edges.
- Swirl caramel sauce on top and slice to serve.

- Ensure the cake is completely cool before assembling to prevent melting the filling.
- For a richer flavor, use brown sugar instead of white sugar.
