Description

A creamy and cheesy spinach artichoke dip, perfect for parties!


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a small baking dish or cast iron skillet.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine 8 oz of softened cream cheese, 1/3 cup mayonnaise, and 1/3 cup sour cream. Mix until smooth.
  3. Stir in 1 cup of thawed and squeezed-dry frozen spinach and 1 cup of chopped artichoke hearts.
  4. Add 2 minced garlic cloves, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Fold in 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan and 1 cup shredded mozzarella.
  5. Transfer the mixture into your prepared dish, smoothing the top. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbling and golden brown on top.
  6. Serve immediately with tortilla chips, crostini, or sliced baguette.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
