- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup marinara sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle and place on sheet.
- Brush with melted butter mixed with garlic, salt, and Italian seasoning.
- Sprinkle generously with mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Cool slightly, then slice into breadsticks.
- Serve warm with marinara dipping sauce.

- For extra flavor, add more garlic or herbs to the butter mixture.
- Can substitute pizza dough with store-bought breadsticks dough.
