Ingredients

  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle and place on sheet.
  3. Brush with melted butter mixed with garlic, salt, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Sprinkle generously with mozzarella and Parmesan.
  5. Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  6. Cool slightly, then slice into breadsticks.
  7. Serve warm with marinara dipping sauce.
