Description
Soft golden rolls filled with gooey cheese and brushed with garlic butter.
Ingredients

- 12 dinner roll dough balls (store-bought or homemade)
- 12 mozzarella cheese cubes
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Flatten each dough ball slightly and place a mozzarella cube in the center.
- Pinch edges to seal and roll back into a ball.
- Place seam-side down on tray.
- Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper; brush over rolls.
- Sprinkle Parmesan on top and bake 15–18 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Serve warm with cheese oozing from the center.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the garlic butter mixture.
- These rolls are best served fresh out of the oven.
