Description

Soft golden rolls filled with gooey cheese and brushed with garlic butter.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 dinner roll dough balls (store-bought or homemade)
  • 12 mozzarella cheese cubes
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Flatten each dough ball slightly and place a mozzarella cube in the center.
  3. Pinch edges to seal and roll back into a ball.
  4. Place seam-side down on tray.
  5. Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper; brush over rolls.
  6. Sprinkle Parmesan on top and bake 15–18 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  7. Serve warm with cheese oozing from the center.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the garlic butter mixture.
  • These rolls are best served fresh out of the oven.
