A delicious chicken Alfredo lasagna that is hearty and creamy, perfect for any occasion.

- 9–12 lasagna noodles
- 2 ½ cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
- 3 cups Alfredo sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 ½ cups ricotta or cottage cheese
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp parsley (fresh or dried)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Boil lasagna noodles until al dente, drain, and set aside on parchment paper.
- In a skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Stir in Alfredo sauce, season with salt and pepper, and remove from heat.
- Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Layer noodles, chicken, sauce, mozzarella, ricotta, and Parmesan. Repeat until the dish is full, ending with sauce and mozzarella on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30–35 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
- Let the lasagna cool for 10–15 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- This lasagna can be made ahead of time and refrigerated before baking.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like spinach or mushrooms to customize your dish.
