- ⅔ cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips
- 2 large egg whites
- Pinch of salt
- Extra chocolate chips and shredded coconut for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix coconut, condensed milk, and vanilla until fully combined.
- In a separate bowl, beat egg whites with salt until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold egg whites into the coconut mixture, then stir in chocolate chips.
- Scoop small mounds onto the baking sheet, spacing them slightly apart.
- Bake 20–25 minutes until golden brown on the edges.
- Cool slightly and sprinkle with extra mini chocolate chips and coconut before serving.
Notes
- Ensure the egg whites are beaten to stiff peaks for the best texture.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to a week.
