    • If using cream cheese or Greek yogurt, fill each raspberry with a small amount using a piping bag or spoon.
  2. Melt the Chocolate:
    • Break the dark chocolate into small pieces and place it in a microwave-safe bowl.
    • Add the coconut oil, which helps the chocolate coat smoothly.
    • Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
  3. Dip the Raspberries:
    • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
    • Using a toothpick or fork, dip each raspberry into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s fully covered.
    • Allow any excess chocolate to drip off before placing the raspberry on the parchment-lined sheet.
  4. Cool the Treats:
    • Once all raspberries are coated, place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 20-30 minutes, or until the chocolate hardens.
