Description

Cinnamon Swirl Cream Cheese Muffins are deliciously easy to make and perfect for breakfast or a snack.


Ingredients

  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (for swirl)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a muffin tin with paper cups.
  2. Mix flour and baking powder in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, whisk melted butter, sugar, eggs, milk, and vanilla.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
  5. Beat cream cheese separately until creamy.
  6. Layer muffin batter and cream cheese alternately in cups, swirling cinnamon sugar through with a toothpick.
  7. Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
