Ingredients

  • ½ cup cake flour
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Blue food coloring (gel preferred)
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a jelly roll pan with parchment paper.
  2. Beat eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy; fold in flour and vanilla gently.
  3. Spread a thin layer of blue-colored batter on parchment to form the Cinnamoroll pattern; freeze 10 minutes.
  4. Pour the plain batter over the design and bake for 10–12 minutes.
  5. Roll the sponge in parchment while warm to shape, then unroll and fill with whipped cream.
  6. Reroll tightly, chill 30 minutes, and decorate with blue and white cream swirls.
  7. Dust with powdered sugar and add small icing details for a perfect finish.
