Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a jelly roll pan with parchment paper.
- Beat eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy; fold in flour and vanilla gently.
- Spread a thin layer of blue-colored batter on parchment to form the Cinnamoroll pattern; freeze 10 minutes.
- Pour the plain batter over the design and bake for 10–12 minutes.
- Roll the sponge in parchment while warm to shape, then unroll and fill with whipped cream.
- Reroll tightly, chill 30 minutes, and decorate with blue and white cream swirls.
- Dust with powdered sugar and add small icing details for a perfect finish.
