- 1 cup Fresh blueberries
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- Toss blueberries lightly in flour to prevent sinking.
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy, then beat in eggs and vanilla.
- Mix in flour, baking powder, and salt alternately with milk until smooth.
- Fold in floured blueberries gently.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 50–55 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Ensure blueberries are fresh for the best flavor.
- Can substitute with frozen blueberries, but do not thaw.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
