Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Fresh blueberries
  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Toss blueberries lightly in flour to prevent sinking.
  3. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy, then beat in eggs and vanilla.
  4. Mix in flour, baking powder, and salt alternately with milk until smooth.
  5. Fold in floured blueberries gently.
  6. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 50–55 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool slightly before slicing and serving.
