Instructions

- Gradually add warm milk mixture while stirring slowly.
- Strain the custard and pour into caramel-lined ramekins.
- Bake in a water bath for 35–40 minutes until just set.
- Chill for 4 hours, then invert onto plates and top with whipped cream.
