Ingredients

  • 23 tbsp Milk (for filling consistency)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment.
  2. Beat butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy.
  3. Mix in egg and vanilla, then stir in flour, baking powder, and salt until dough forms.
  4. Roll dough into balls, press down with fork tines to make crisscross patterns.
  5. Bake 10–12 minutes until lightly golden, then cool completely.
  6. For filling: whisk peanut butter, powdered sugar, a bit of butter, and milk until smooth.
  7. Spread filling between two cookies, press together, and serve stacked.
