Delicious homemade chocolate truffles made with simple ingredients.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 3/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup miniature chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 pounds semi-sweet chocolate candy coating (chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Spread the flour over a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and mix well. Stir in chocolate chips.
- Scoop level tablespoonfuls and roll into balls; place on the lined baking sheet. Loosely cover and refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
- Melt candy coating according to package directions. Dip balls in coating; place back on the waxed paper-lined baking sheets. Refrigerate until firm, about 15-20 minutes.
- Store truffles in the refrigerator.

- Refrigerating the truffles helps them set properly.
