Description

Delicious bites filled with cottage cheese, mozzarella, and pepperoni, perfect for snacking.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices (or veggies for a healthier twist)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thick and cut into small squares.
  3. In a bowl, mix together cottage cheese, shredded mozzarella, pepperoni, and Italian seasoning until well combined.
  4. Place about one tablespoon of the filling in the center of each dough square. Fold over and pinch edges to seal.
  5. Arrange filled bites on the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
