- 2 chicken breasts
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Grill or sear chicken in a skillet with butter for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through; slice.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and a bit of butter, sautéing until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer, then stir in Parmesan until the sauce thickens.
- Toss cooked pasta in the creamy sauce, then top with sliced Cajun chicken.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of Cajun seasoning to taste for more or less spice.
- For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
