Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill or sear chicken in a skillet with butter for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through; slice.
  4. In the same skillet, add garlic and a bit of butter, sautéing until fragrant.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and simmer, then stir in Parmesan until the sauce thickens.
  6. Toss cooked pasta in the creamy sauce, then top with sliced Cajun chicken.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of Cajun seasoning to taste for more or less spice.
