- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 cups chicken broth

- 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional for heat)
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat, sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
- Add sliced red pepper, smoked paprika, and chili flakes; cook for 3 minutes.
- Stir in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add shredded chicken and cook for 10 minutes to absorb flavor.
- Reduce heat, stir in heavy cream, and season with salt and black pepper.
- Simmer gently for 5–7 minutes until creamy and slightly thickened.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of chili flakes based on your heat preference.
- For a thicker soup, let it simmer a bit longer.
