Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1½ cups whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg (optional)
  • 1 tsp orange zest (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until well combined.
  3. Add the whole milk, heavy cream, ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt to the egg mixture and mix well.
