- 2 Chicken breasts (seared until golden)
- 8 oz Fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine until al dente; drain and set aside.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, then sear in olive oil until golden and cooked through; remove.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream, then whisk in Parmesan until smooth and creamy.
- Toss pasta in the sauce until fully coated.
- Place seared chicken on top and spoon extra sauce over it.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and cracked black pepper before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
- Adjust seasoning according to personal preference.
