Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken breasts (seared until golden)
  • 8 oz Fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, then sear in olive oil until golden and cooked through; remove.
  3. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream, then whisk in Parmesan until smooth and creamy.
  5. Toss pasta in the sauce until fully coated.
  6. Place seared chicken on top and spoon extra sauce over it.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and cracked black pepper before serving.

  • For a richer flavor, use freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
