Description

Golden pan-seared chicken in a luscious garlic cream sauce served over fluffy rice.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Chicken thighs (boneless, skinless)
  • 2 cups Rice (cooked)
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • Salt & black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika, then sear in olive oil until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Stir in chicken broth and heavy cream, simmering until slightly thickened.
  4. Return chicken to skillet, spooning sauce over it. Simmer until cooked through.
  5. Cook rice separately until fluffy.
  6. Plate rice, then top with chicken and creamy garlic sauce.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use homemade chicken broth.
  • Adjust the amount of garlic according to your preference.
