Description
Golden pan-seared chicken in a luscious garlic cream sauce served over fluffy rice.
Ingredients

- 4 Chicken thighs (boneless, skinless)
- 2 cups Rice (cooked)
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 cup Chicken broth
- 2 tbsp Fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1 tsp Paprika
- Salt & black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika, then sear in olive oil until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Stir in chicken broth and heavy cream, simmering until slightly thickened.
- Return chicken to skillet, spooning sauce over it. Simmer until cooked through.
- Cook rice separately until fluffy.
- Plate rice, then top with chicken and creamy garlic sauce.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use homemade chicken broth.
- Adjust the amount of garlic according to your preference.
- Serve with a side of steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
