Instructions
- Cook pasta until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, melt butter and cook sliced chicken until golden and cooked through; season with salt and pepper.
- Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, whisking until smooth.
- Add cooked pasta and spinach, tossing to coat evenly in the sauce.
- Top with extra Parmesan and parsley before serving warm.
