- 2 Chicken breast (cubed)
- 8 oz Rotini pasta
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 cup Chicken broth
- Parsley (for garnish)
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta until al dente, reserving some pasta water.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper, then sear in olive oil until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Stir in chicken broth and heavy cream, simmer until slightly thickened.
- Add Parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth and creamy.
- Toss in pasta and chicken, adjusting with pasta water for desired consistency.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
- Can substitute chicken with shrimp or vegetables for a different twist.
