Description

Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta is a delightful dish featuring juicy golden chicken tossed with rotini pasta in a rich, cheesy garlic cream sauce.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 Chicken breast (cubed)
  • 8 oz Rotini pasta
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • Parsley (for garnish)
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta until al dente, reserving some pasta water.
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then sear in olive oil until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Stir in chicken broth and heavy cream, simmer until slightly thickened.
  5. Add Parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth and creamy.
  6. Toss in pasta and chicken, adjusting with pasta water for desired consistency.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
  • Can substitute chicken with shrimp or vegetables for a different twist.
