- 10 puris (golgappa shells)
- 1 cup spiced mashed potatoes
- 1/2 cup tamarind chutney
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
- 1–2 green chilies, chopped
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- Oil for frying
- Fresh coriander for garnish
Instructions
- Stuff each puri with a small amount of spiced mashed potatoes.
- Carefully dip and fry the filled puris in hot oil at 350°F until golden and crispy.
- Place fried puris on paper towels to drain excess oil.
- Spoon tamarind chutney inside each puri.
- Top with chopped onions, green chilies, and a sprinkle of chaat masala.
- Garnish with coriander and serve immediately while warm and crisp.
