Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs thinly sliced beef (such as ribeye or flank steak)

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 slices provolone cheese (or alternatives such as Swiss or mozzarella)

  2. In your crockpot, layer the beef, onion, and both bell peppers. Pour the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce over the top.
  3. Cover the crockpot and cook on low for about 6-8 hours until the beef is tender and flavors meld beautifully.
  4. About 15 minutes before serving, lay the provolone cheese on top. Cover again until the cheese has melted.
