Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust:
    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
    • In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, ground pecans, sugar, and melted butter. Mix well until all components are evenly combined.
    • Press the crust mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
    • Bake for 10 minutes; then set aside to cool.
  2. Make the Cheesecake Filling:
    • In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
    • Add sugar and vanilla extract, and beat until well combined.
    • Incorporate eggs one at a time, mixing gently after each addition.

    • Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
    • Allow the caramel to cool slightly before pouring.
