- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat until bubbling.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet, cooking it for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.
- Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the skillet. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Sauté for 2-3 minutes, or until the shrimp turns pink and opaque.
- Reduce heat to low and pour in the heavy cream. Stir to combine all the ingredients well.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese into the skillet, allowing it to melt into the sauce. Stir continuously to create a creamy consistency.
- Taste the sauce and adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper as needed.
- Once everything is mixed well and heated through, remove from heat.
