Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and baking powder.
  2. In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, butter, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients until batter is thick and pourable.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat, lightly grease, and cook pancakes 1–2 minutes per side until golden.
  5. Stack pancakes, spreading warm hazelnut chocolate between each layer.
  6. Pour extra melted chocolate over the top, letting it drip down the sides.
  7. Garnish with Ferrero Rocher chocolates on top and serve immediately.
