- 115g butter
- 150g granulated sugar
- 50g brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 65g all-purpose flour
- 40g cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 90g creamy peanut butter
- 100g marshmallow fluff
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking pan.
- Melt butter and mix with both sugars in a bowl until smooth.
- Stir in eggs and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
- Add flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix just until combined.
- Spread the brownie batter into the prepared pan evenly.
- Drop spoonfuls of peanut butter and marshmallow fluff across the top.
- Swirl the peanut butter and fluff gently using a knife or skewer.
- Bake for 28–32 minutes until the edges are set and the center is just slightly gooey.
- Allow to cool fully in the pan before slicing into squares.
- Store in an airtight container or freeze for later.

- These brownies are best when slightly gooey in the middle.
