- 1 cup fresh blueberries (Carefully fold in to avoid smashing.)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese and eggs. Beat well until you have a smooth mixture.
- In another bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually incorporate this dry mixture into the cottage cheese and egg mixture, stirring gently to combine.
- Carefully fold in the fresh blueberries, ensuring they are evenly distributed without smashing them.
- Transfer the mixture into your prepared baking dish, smoothing it out evenly.
- Place it in the oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
