Description

This delicious cloud bread is made with cottage cheese, eggs, and fresh blueberries, providing a unique texture and flavor.

  • 3 large eggs (Best if at room temperature.)
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour (Can substitute with a gluten-free alternative.)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries (Carefully fold in to avoid smashing.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese and eggs. Beat well until you have a smooth mixture.
  3. In another bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually incorporate this dry mixture into the cottage cheese and egg mixture, stirring gently to combine.
  4. Carefully fold in the fresh blueberries, ensuring they are evenly distributed without smashing them.
