- 1 pound fresh mushrooms (e.g., cremini or button), sliced
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Begin by washing and cutting the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
- Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for about 5-7 minutes until they are golden and tender.
- Toss in the cauliflower florets along with the minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
- Cover the skillet and let the vegetables cook for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once the vegetables are cooked, stir in the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter, allowing it to melt and coat everything in the skillet.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
