Description

Pan-seared salmon draped in creamy garlic butter sauce, served with crispy potatoes and charred broccoli.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 Salmon fillets
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 lb Baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup Heavy cream
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Toss halved baby potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper; roast for 25–30 minutes until golden.
  3. Meanwhile, sauté broccoli in olive oil until lightly charred and tender; set aside.
  4. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then sear in a skillet with butter until crisp on the outside.
  5. In the same pan, add minced garlic, butter, and a splash of cream to create a silky sauce.
  6. Squeeze in lemon juice and simmer until thickened slightly.
  7. Pour the garlic butter sauce over salmon and garnish with chopped parsley.
  8. Serve hot with roasted potatoes and broccoli.
