Ingredients

- 1 lb large shrimp (peeled & deveined)
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 cups cooked rice
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili flakes (optional for heat)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium-high.
- Add shrimp, season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes; cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink. Remove.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and remaining butter, sauté until fragrant.
- Toss in broccoli florets, cook until bright green and slightly tender.
- Return shrimp to skillet, squeeze in lemon juice, and toss to coat.
- Serve shrimp and broccoli over a bed of warm rice.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
- Adjust chili flakes according to your heat preference.
- For a low-carb option, substitute rice with cauliflower rice.
