Description

Ingredients

  • 1 sleeve graham crackers (crushed or whole)
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Combine melted butter, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla; mix well.
  3. Stir in crushed graham crackers and salt to form a soft dough, then press half into the pan.
  4. Layer marshmallows and chocolate chips evenly over the dough.
  5. Press remaining dough lightly on top, leaving some filling exposed.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and gooey.
  7. Cool slightly, then slice into thick bars and enjoy melty, campfire-style goodness.
