- ½ cup chocolate spread (Nutella or ganache)
- ¼ cup white chocolate, melted
- ¼ cup dark chocolate, melted
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 1 tbsp sugar (optional, for sprinkling)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into heart shapes using a cookie cutter.
- Place on the baking sheet, brush edges with egg wash, and sprinkle lightly with sugar.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and puffed; cool completely.
- Spread a small layer of chocolate spread on top of each pastry.
- Drizzle melted white and dark chocolate over the top.
- Let the chocolate set slightly before serving.
