Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- pinch of salt
- 1 banana (mashed)
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup milk
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Powdered sugar or cinnamon sugar for dusting (optional topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a donut pan lightly.
- In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, mash banana. Whisk in sugar, egg, milk, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.
- Gently fold dry mixture into wet mixture until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Spoon batter into donut pan, filling each cavity about ¾ full. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar or cinnamon sugar if desired. Serve warm or at room temperature.

- Ensure not to overmix the batter to keep the donuts light and fluffy.
