- 2 bananas
- 1 cup pineapple chunks (drained)
- 1 cup mandarin oranges (drained)
- 1 cup maraschino cherries
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut (optional)
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Drain the canned pineapple chunks and mandarin oranges well to avoid extra moisture.
- Peel and slice the bananas into thick coins; optionally toss them in a bit of lemon juice to prevent browning.
- In a large bowl, mix the whipped topping and sour cream together until smooth.
- Gently fold in the pineapple, mandarin oranges, bananas, maraschino cherries, mini marshmallows, and coconut if using.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving. Stir gently before serving.
