Ingredients
- Unsweetened cocoa powder – ¾ cup
- All-purpose flour – 1 ½ cups
- Mini marshmallows – 1 cup
- Semi-sweet chocolate chips – ½ cup
- Baking soda – 1 tsp
- Salt – ½ tsp
- Unsalted butter – ½ cup, melted
- Brown sugar – 1 cup
- Granulated sugar – ½ cup
- Egg – 1 large
- Vanilla extract – 2 tsp
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix melted butter, sugars, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough balls and press 2–3 mini marshmallows gently into the tops.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are set but centers are soft.
- Cool slightly before serving so marshmallows stay gooey.

- For best results, use fresh mini marshmallows.
