- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Prepare an 8×8-inch baking dish by greasing or lining it with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, powdered sugar, and softened butter until smooth. Spread evenly in the prepared dish.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth. Mix in vanilla extract.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer, smoothing it out evenly.
- Refrigerate for about 1 hour until firm and cut into squares.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips instead of semi-sweet.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
