Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (15 oz) chili (choose your preferred spice level)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • Tortilla chips for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a medium baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, and canned chili. Mix until creamy.
  3. Fold in chopped green onions. If desired, add jalapeños for extra heat.
