  • 8 oz high-quality corned beef, sliced
  • 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 4 tbsp Thousand Island dressing
  • 2 tbsp butter, softened

Instructions

  2. Lay out two slices of rye bread. Spread 2 tablespoons of Thousand Island dressing on one slice.
  3. Layer with half of the corned beef, followed by half the sauerkraut and two slices of Swiss cheese. Top with another slice of rye bread.
