Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tbsp whole milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter and sugar until fluffy. Mix in grated parmesan and chopped rosemary.
- Gradually sift in flour, baking powder, and salt; mix until just combined.
- Stir in egg yolk and milk until dough forms.
- Roll dough into small balls, flatten slightly, and cut out snowflake shapes using a cookie cutter.
- Place on prepared baking sheets and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown at the edges.
Notes
- These cookies are best enjoyed fresh out of the oven or within a few days.
