- 4 Russet potatoes
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1/2 cup Bacon (cooked and crumbled)
- 1/2 cup Sour cream
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- Chopped green onions or chives
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and scrub potatoes clean.
- Rub each potato with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, and pierce with a fork.
- Bake directly on the oven rack for 50–60 minutes until tender inside.
- Slice open each potato and gently fluff the inside with a fork.
- Add shredded cheddar to the hot potato so it melts perfectly.
- Top with a dollop of sour cream, bacon crumbles, and green onions.
- Serve hot with extra toppings on the side.
