Description

A deliciously smooth blend of espresso, maple syrup, and pecan flavors.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 Tablespoons pecan halves (or a small handful, about 8 pecan halves)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional but so good)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup milk (Fairlife for more protein)
  • 1 double shot espresso

Instructions

  1. Blend the maple syrup, pecans, cinnamon, and vanilla together in a small blender.
  2. Add in the milk and blend until completely smooth and frothy.
  3. Fill a glass with ice and brew a double shot of espresso over it. (or brew into a cozy mug with no ice for a warm version)
  4. Pour the milk mixture over the coffee and stir. Add any toppings you want and enjoy!

Notes

  • This recipe can be adjusted for sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
  • Try using different types of milk for variations in flavor and texture.
