- 6 mini bell peppers (halved and deseeded)
- ½ cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup sliced black olives
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: mini pepperoni or herbs for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice mini bell peppers in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
- Drizzle lightly with olive oil, then fill each with a spoonful of pizza sauce.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top, arranging strips to resemble mummy wraps.
- Add two olive slices for “eyes.”
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and serve warm as a spooky snack.
