- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional for extra thickness)
Instructions
- Assemble all the ingredients on your countertop for easy access.
- Wash the strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries. Hull the strawberries and slice them if they’re large.
- Combine the prepared berries, banana, Greek yogurt, and milk in your blender.
- If desired, add honey or maple syrup for extra sweetness.
- Secure the lid and blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy. This usually takes 2-3 minutes.
- Check the thickness. If it’s too thick, add a bit more milk. If you prefer a thicker texture, you can add ice cubes and blend again until reached.
- Taste your smoothie and adjust the sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or maple syrup.
