Deliciously chewy cookies made with fudge brownie mix and loaded with M&M candies.

- 1 box (18–20 oz) fudge brownie mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup M&M candies (plus extra for topping)
- 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine brownie mix, eggs, and vegetable oil. Stir until a thick dough forms.
- Fold in M&M candies and any optional mix-ins like chocolate chips or nuts.
- Using a cookie scoop, portion dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing 2 inches apart. Press extra M&Ms on top for decoration.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until edges are set but centers are slightly soft.
- Allow cookies to cool on the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- For extra chocolate flavor, add additional mini chocolate chips.
- Ensure the cookies are slightly underbaked for a gooey texture.
