Ingredients

- 2 cups blue raspberry syrup
- 4 cups ice cubes
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)
- Whipped cream, for topping (optional)
- Fresh raspberries, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients and have them within reach.
- In a blender, add the blue raspberry syrup, ice cubes, and cold water.
- If using, add the tablespoon of lemon juice for a hint of tartness.
- Blend the mixture on high until the ice is finely crushed and the texture is slushy.
- If too thick, add a little more water and blend again.
- Taste the slush and adjust sweetness or tartness if necessary.
- Pour the slush into a large container and freeze for 1-2 hours to firm up.
- Remove from the freezer, stir lightly, and scoop into glasses.
- Top with whipped cream and fresh raspberries if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing flavors!
